Innovation in Executive Recruiting
CSG identified strategies and solutions to help the CEO of an Executive Recruiting firm disrupt the market with innovative and differentiated programs and services to redefine traditional thinking around career management.

We identified several strategies, the best proving to be a partnership to help define and implement a series of peer group discussions, both in person and virtual, to address and resolve these issues.
We brought the relationships necessary to form the partnerships and introduced the CEO the management team.

Problem
A seasoned CEO in executive recruiting saw the issues of career management as largely underserved.
His vision called for a comprehensive approach to lifetime career management. Needed were new programs and services to change traditional approaches to executive recruiting.

Challenge
Companies were losing candidates from deficiencies in the hiring process. And candidates were often unclear about their next steps in their career.
All parties needed to place more emphasis on lifetime career management.

Solution
Working with the client, it was decided a series of pilots; virtual and live peer group discussions for CXO and Senior Management.
The pilots would help companies improve their hiring processes while helping candidates create and manage their own lifetime career plan.
